Demo Rega Ania Pro MC Cartridge up for grabs. This was used sparingly on our demo Planar 8, definitely under 100 hours and likely around 50 but we’ll say 100 for safe figures.

We had a good listen to both the Ania and Ania Pro and the Ania Pro is a notably better cartridge all around. It has better detail but also has a warmer and more easy to listen to character overall. Note you will need a low output moving coil input on your phono preamp to get the gain required out of this cartridge. Moving from the Ellipitcal to a “Vital” stylus profile makes a big difference to the performance of this cartridge.

The 3 point mounting system is a breeze on a Rega arm, you’ll have this up and running in no time.
