This will be our entry level series of TV from LG for 2025. The UA7700 series this year doesn’t make sense as the NANO80A gives you a much broader spectrum of colour and it also comes with the very impressive new LG AI Magic remote control. And, you’re getting 3 HDMI inputs rather than 2 which we have found in many cases is a limiting factor. The remote alone is worth the upcharge from the lower series and you are getting far superior picture quality as well.

If you’re looking for a good quality TV and don’t feel that you need all of the premium features that the QNED and OLED series have to offer, the NANO80A represents the current best value on the market. The build quality and reliability on this series is also notably better than the lower models so that also makes it a safer bet if you are making a long term purchase.
