Is this the best sub $1,000 speaker on the market? These would certainly be tough to beat in that category both in the looks and sound quality department. Versus the Oberon 1’s you are still getting that nice smooth character with a nice amount of extra energy in the midrange and bottom end. Definitely worth the upcharge, if you have the physical space to accommodate the bigger speaker they are definitely worth considering!
